We have an inhouse press office that is in regular contact with key media. All press materials issued are 'sold in' personally to journalists who we know would have an interest in the story.

We have developed a significant media database that is maintained internally with details of media contacts, conversations and articles placed. We receive journalists' requests every day, and our prompt responses frequently result in coverage.

We also subscribe to an advanced features service, ensuring that we know what journals are covering over the coming months.

Press cutting and media monitoring are used to capture coverage.
